In order to get started on your itinerary, we will need the following information:

Artwork for the cover
List of dates
Personnel list
Cell/Email list – if you are including one
Tour related offices
Venue and promoter information
Times (doors, support, etc.)
Mileage
Travel information
Other information you want included in the itinerary

*We prefer you email all information but you can also fax or send the information via mail. Please contact us prior to sending any information to make sure we schedule your job. Certain times of the year are more busy than others, and we want to make sure that everyone gets the special attention they deserve.
